Björn and Katarina starting up Degasser 40.
Having manufacturing close by allows us to maintain quality, development and support in a way that shows over time.
Lena connects the degasser's control panel with a steady hand.

Dan winds fittings with hemp — a process that requires experience, precision and a steady touch. For us, this is a natural part of our overarching commitment to quality.

Stina finalises the manual before delivery — for us, clear documentation is an integral part of the product.

The degasser is one of our most appreciated products. Just like our pressurisation units, combined units and filter stations, it is manufactured in Töcksfors.

Håkan Lennartsson had extensive experience in the HVAC industry when he decided to forge his own path in 2006. In Töcksfors, he took over a district heating plant and began building something step by step, with his sights set on more sustainable energy solutions.
A few years later, in 2012, he founded HL Hydronics, then under the name HL VVS AB, laying the foundation for what is today Hydrun.
It started on a small scale, but with a clear idea: to develop solutions that make hydronic systems more reliable, energy-efficient, and sustainable over time.
The idea held, and the company grew. First in Sweden, then in Norway, and further into Europe. When Björn Lennartsson joined the business in 2016, it also became clear that this knowledge and dedication would live on in the next generation.
In 2017, everything changed when Håkan passed away. Björn then took over the company with the determination to honor what his father had built while continuing the journey forward.
Since then, the business has grown with new products, new markets, and new contexts – but with the same foundation in craftsmanship, care, and long-term thinking. Today, Håkan's vision lives on in Hydrun. Not just in the products we build, but also in the way we work – close to our customers, close to our production, and with a strong belief that quality, knowledge, and operational reliability make a real difference.
